WillitsOnline provides High speed Internet service for business and
residental users across Mendocino country, and in rural and underserved
areas untouched by other providers.

WillitsOnline Network service and support
Design, installation or repair of business networks. This includes
maintinence, infrastructure and capacity upgrades, proactive remote
monitoring, and other business network support services.
Pricing for this service is on an hourly / time and materials, or 'per job' basis.
WillitsOnline also offers after-hours support services to our business
customers who require access to late night, weekend and holiday support
hours. A pre-arranged service contract is required for this service and
customers commit to a monthly retainer of $750 minimum to be credited
against any support calls for the month persuant to the rates listed in
the contract.
