WillitsOnline is now
offering DSL in select Verizon areas
General requirements:
Customers requesting ADSL service must
have a working verizon telephone line and verizon telephone service at
the address where service is desired. Each customer requesting ADSL
service must also pass a line qualification check to determine whether
service is available at their location prior to any order for service
being accepted. Most lines within 18,000 feet (3 miles) of our DSL head
end will be able to qualify for service, but, each line must be
separately qualified by WillitsOnline for service.

We offer two installation options:
A) Customer self-install
B) Professional installation –
Installation as above plus $200
The customer self-install option is the less
expensive of the two. Essentially, we mail you the dsl modem equipment
and turn the service on from our end, and you connect the cables and
set your computer(s) up yourself. This option is suitable for the
typical customer who has uncomplicated needs and no internal wiring
problems.
The professional installation option provides a
service tech to your premises who will connect the DSL modem equipment,
connect all required line filters on all telephone extensions, connect
one customer supplied computer to the service, and test and verify the
service to the customer's premises. Additionally, the service tech will
install a dedicated DSL outlet if required due to bad or unreliable
internal wiring.
Once installed, if at any time the customer cancels
or moves the verizon telephone service that their ADSL service is
provisioned on, the ADSL service will be automaticallly terminated and
any early termination/cancellation fees will be charged.
There
is no way to keep the ADSL service without a working verizon telephone
line and verizon telephone service, and any termination or move of your
verizon telephone service will require that a completly new order for
service be placed if ADSL service is again desired.
We sincerely regret this inflexibility, and encourage our customers to
contact us prior to making changes to their phone service in order to
avoid unintended ADSL service distruptions.
